For the projects or activities that require environmental licensing according to YA 1958/2012 (Category A1 & A2), an Environmental Impact Study is prepared according to the Category they fall under as well as the entire legal framework that governs them. The Environmental Impact Study is submitted to the competent Licensing Authority in order to issue the Decision Approving the Environmental Conditions of the project or activity.
