It is carried out by the natural person or the legal representative of the legal person who is going to install or operate the activity in a specific location and is a condition for its installation or operation respectively. From the submission of the notification, the installation or operation of the activity begins immediately, without requiring a corresponding permit. This only applies to the activities or actions to which the disclosure regime applies
It presupposes that the area of economic activity meets all spatial or technical requirements and that the required approvals have been obtained. A folder with all the documents required by the relevant provisions (e.g. administrative permits, approvals, attestations, certificates, etc.) must be kept at the place of activity.
